A. HOW WE COLLECT PRIVATE INFORMATION: We collect Private Information about you from the following sources:
Information you enter into the Application on the Websites, information collected through your device’s interaction with the Site and information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others.
B. HOW WE DISCLOSE PRIVATE INFORMATION: By submitting your Application to the Site you are directing us to disclose it and the Private Information it contains to the participating UpofBook, LLC and/or yakyakcredit.com vehicle dealers ("Dealer") in your area.
Additionally, we may disclose all Private Information (as described above) we collect to the following types of third parties:
UpofBook LLC, YakYakCredit.com and Any Future Affiliates of said entities: Your Private Information may be shared about your history of dealing with us, such as application information and information collected through your device’s interaction with the Site. We may share data and interaction history with each other and any future affiliates for the purpose of offering you additional products and services, other than those you request in your Application.
Non-Financial Companies: We may disclose all of your Private Information to non-financial companies, such as motor vehicle dealers, retailers, warranty or service contract providers, direct marketers and non-financial publishers.
Financial Service Providers: We may disclose all of your Private Information to financial service providers, such as banks, finance companies, insurance agents and other financial services.
Marketing Service Providers and Joint Marketing Partners: In the event we disclose your Private Information to companies that perform marketing services for us or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements, we will enter into agreements with such companies requiring them to comply with federal privacy laws and regulations, and keep all personal information secure and confidential.

SMS & TEXTING
Notwithstanding the disclosures described in section B, "HOW WE DISCLOSE PRIVATE INFORMATION," and to further assure you of our commitment to safeguard your privacy, additional steps are taken by YakYakCredit.com and its affiliates regarding the use of SMS/texting by our partners. YakYakCredit.com expressly prohibits all affiliate partners, including but not limited to motor vehicle dealers, financial service providers, non-financial companies, marketing service providers, joint marketing partners, and any non-affiliated third parties, from using SMS or texting to contact you for any purpose unless they obtain your separate and direct permission to do so.
YOUR RIGHT TO TELL US NOT TO DISCLOSE YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION TO CERTAIN THIRD PARTIES
Non-Affiliated Third Party Disclosures: We reserve the right to disclose all Private Information (as described above) with third parties who are not our affiliates for marketing purposes.
Financial Service Providers: (Other than providers with which we maintain a joint marketing agreement and those with which we share your Application for the purpose of obtaining the credit you requested), such as banks, finance companies and insurance agents; and
Non-Financial Companies: (Other than companies that provide marketing services for us), such as motor vehicle dealers, retailers, warranty or service contract providers, direct marketers and publishers.
Affiliate Disclosures: We reserve the right to disclose all Other Party Data (as described above) with our affiliates for marketing purposes.
SPECIAL NOTICE FOR VERMONT RESIDENTS
If you are a Vermont resident, we will not share your application information within the UpofBook, LLC and/or YakYakCredit.com family without your expressed written consent. In addition, we will not share such information with third parties to market non-financial products without such consent. As a Vermont resident, you do not need to take any action to limit information sharing. We will not share any of the Personal Information that we collect about you with companies or other organizations outside of the UpofBook, LLC and/or YakYakCredit.com family without your express written consent, except as follows:
We may share personal information as required by or permitted by law. For example, we may share personal information to: protect against fraud; respond to a subpoena; or service your account.
We may share any of the information that we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services for us.
We may disclose the following information to companies that perform services for us, to financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements in order to provide you with opportunities to buy financial products or services offered jointly with these other financial institutions: your name and contact information, information about your transactions with us or our affiliates.
For your protection, we require that these companies keep all personal information secure and confidential.
